Afterschool Art
In this weekly after-school art class, artists in grades K-8 create artwork in various mediums and explore what it means to be an artist!
Through projects big and small, classic and outrageous, we use the elements and principles of art to express ideas and feelings, learn about diverse historical and contemporary artists, and build epic art-making skills, all while having a blast making new friends.
To allow artists to build skills targeted to their age and ability level, we divide this class into two age-based sections held on Wednesdays and Fridays.
Each in-person class is taught in my private, at-home studio space located in Phoenix, Arizona. Classes are one hour in length.
