Student Forms
We get it, forms are annoying. They are also important for your child’s safety and your understanding of how we handle things like injury and photography.
Additionally, we believe it’s important to teach children that they are responsible for their conduct. Our student contract provides a quick run-through of our expectations for student behavior while engaging in art classes and camps at Dancing Crayons Workshop. We believe it’s our responsibility as teachers to ensure a safe, welcoming space where all artists have the right to learn and create. We do this by explaining and consistently enforcing clear consequences for behavior that violates our student contract. No surprises.
Feel free to print and complete these forms before your first class to save time at drop-off. We also have forms available at the studio.
The Legal Stuff
Yeah, legalese is not very sexy. But, again, it’s important stuff. These policies govern your interactions when you use our website, attend our classes, or otherwise engage in our online and in-person services.
