Yes! We may offer a home-based art experience with a casual next-door-neighbor kind of feel, but rest assured, we are a fully insured, licensed, and legal business recognized by the state of California. If you’d like more information on our structure or have other business-related questions, please feel free to contact us.
Everything you see posted here on Dancing Crayons Workshop is copyright and owned by Dancing Crayons Workshop unless otherwise stated (click here to view our list of references). We would be completely honored to have you share our images, all we ask is that you ask first and provide a link back so we receive credit for all the hard work we put into our lessons. For lessons posted with instructions, we provide social media friendly, downloadable PDFs for your convenience and ask that you not copy and paste.
Given the small class size we offer our students, every spot is important. For this reason, we strive to maintain a full roster. Full refunds are extended to students who cancel within one week of the session start date. For cancellations received after this date, a 75% refund will be offered until the start of the session. No refunds are offered after this date.
Life happens, we get it. We have children who go to school and also get snotted all over on a regular basis. Odds are, they’re going to get sick eventually. Every student is allowed one “Class Push” per session to push a class forward into the next session due to illness.* For students who are continually enrolled, a prorated rate will be offered for the subsequent session. Per year, each student can push ahead no more than four classes.
*Students must provide at least two hours advance notice of illness to receive the “class push” benefit.
Payments are due upon enrollment and may be made by cash, check, or credit card. We use Square to process credit card payments and are happy to offer recurring payments for students who wish to remain continually enrolled.
